Rick Segoine began writing songs, poems, and short stories around the age of eighteen years old. As the years rolled by, the songs multiplied first into the hundreds and then into the thousands. About four hundred of the best songs have been recorded onto CD albums and some of the very best of those songs are available on this website.
Having been an ardent student of the Bible and especially bible prophecy since the mid 1970’s, Rick began writing down original proverbs around the year 2000. As these proverbs and anecdotes began to add up like the songs into the hundreds and then thousands, the best of them made their way into a book entitled “From God to Eternity”.
Much of Rick’s inspiration for writing has come from his wife and lifelong companion Toni, their eight children and sixteen grandchildren. A good amount of inspiration also came from many years of surfing amazing waves up and down the beautiful California coastline and the Hawaiian island of Maui as well as playing music in a number of very creative bands along with some extraordinary musicians.
This website is all about sharing the music and the proverbs with all who venture onto this site. All downloads of the songs and the E-book copy of “From God to Eternity” are free for personal use.
